## Questions & Answers

**Q: Love the idea of a collapsible, however seems to be quite a few  who have found the rubber splitting. Is this just a few people or really common?**
A: Despite gentle use, the two I bought have both got a lot of splits around the corners after 18 months. They are still serviceable, although I am not sure how much longer they will last.

**Q: How thin does this go when collapsed?**
A: When collapsed, the product is almost flat, only around 9cm

The Laundry basket is nice and sturdy and folds away easily for storage. The curv in the side helps greatly for taking clean Laundry upstairs being able to balance it on my hip if I need my other hand or just for extra support. The plastic is thick and it has been knocked about abit since buying and is still in new condition. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Superb! Just the right size, easy to store in a smaller space than the rigid basket I had before. Expands out easily. Curved shape makes it easier to carry on the hips. Very impressed, just hope the silicone sections last well, time will tell.
