It does tend to shred and shed tiny bits, so I would suggest using as the under thread and using something else to stitch it down. You’d have to test it with the fabric. A tightly woven fabric will result in more shredding and shedding. **Q: Would this floss be good to make Tassels ?** A: In my personal opinion this floss would not make a good Tassels. Really pleased with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Hard to work with *by D***W on 15 March 2021* Whilst wanting to add sparkle to your next cross stitch project seems like a good idea i can guarantee you it isnt. This stuff is so difficult to work with and knots of it's own free will, I think I spent more time undoing knots than I did actually stitching. The finished product is lovely dont get me wrong and I dont think it's this brand that is hard to work with it think it's the way of metallic thread in general but honestly, for the sake of your sanity ask yourself if you REALLY need metallic thread.
