Originally I had ordered a large but I decided after the large size came to go tighter and get a small - the smaller pair stretches and snatches much better for my shape. I have hips and butt with a little bit of lower belly (W- 29, H- 47) and these just smooth everything perfectly. The waist band is perfect width! No pancake booty thanks to the light mesh lining over the butt and even helps round out my hips more! You will NOT be disappointed!
