How many red bands are needed for a workout? I wonder if i need to buy an additional single red band.** A: The red band goes in the back for legs support in the corresponding exercise. The remainder bands can be used in a great variety of ways. (please consider the manual, which demonstrates exercices) **Q: Will these work on the Balanced Body spring board? If so, will the work just as good as the springs?** A: I own both the light and heavy sets and use them with my EXO chair. They are challenging for that use.
