I cut it off as there was too much dangling beyond the buckle once I put it on. Extra long Belt can be adjusted on Buckle side as well. Buckle held tightly, and gripped webbing very tightly. Each pocket held 4kg weights and capable of holding larger size / weight. Just trying to buckle it on, I have sliced up my hands worse than pulling apart two two feral tomcats. Hands are callused heavily due to the nature of my work and it sliced right through leaving me dripping blood. Thankfully, I have a spare plastic buckle off an old belt that doesn't fit anymore.
