How to Use VapoPatch For adults and children over 6 years of age under adult supervision - Cut to open pouch and remove patch. Remove plastic backing. Apply to outer clothing around the chest (avoid using on delicate materials including corduroy, plastic, leather, silk, suede, velvet, or vinyl). Only use one patch at a time. Do not apply to skin. Remove patch off clothing and dispose so that children and pets cannot reach. How long can I use VapoPatch? VapoPatch can be worn on clothing for an 8-hour period of time. **Q: reviews don't seem to talk about th patches, so I do not know if the patches ar any good or not**
A: I prefer the patches. I get the same effect as the vaporub without the fuss. I put it on my shirt as directed and the vapors are strong if not stronger than the rub.

A: Our ingredients are as follows: Zea Mays (Corn) Starch, Alcohol, PVP, Menthol, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Camphor, Myristica Fragrans (Nutmeg) Kernel Oil, Thuja Occidentalis Leaf Oil, Sodium Potassium Aluminum Silicate, Thymol, and Denatonium Benzoate.

**Q: Can theese patches help clear nazal congestion?What part of the body do I put this on?**
A: No, I used the patch once, it tells you to attach to your clothing, not directly on your body. I put it on my pajama top as close to my face as possible,and I could barely smell it. I was very disappointed as I love Vick's. I returned them, definitely not worth the money ☹
