Clear monofilament for bass fishing. This rod is an excellent on for plastic worm fishing the tip action and sensitivity is outstanding. It is designed to catch small fish such as crappie, bluegill and perch. Salmon are too large and powerful. **Q: What is the lengh of the rod?** A: 10 foot rod length **Q: How much does this rod weigh in ounces?** A: I really enjoy using the shortest M rod I can find to float tube because I can never really set my rod down, I need to be able to reach the end of the rod tip.
