I used this exact same model (but in gray) for 5-6 years, multiple times a week...I'm talking hundreds of cookie orders--easily tens of thousands of cookies. And this rolling pin was SO good, that when it FINALLY got a tiny crack in the metallic part near the handle, I knew I would search the ends of the earth until I found the exact same one again. Finally found it, (but it only comes in red now? Lol, random). It's longer than most other rolling pins too, and easy to wash/clean. I'm telling you. This is the only rolling pin you should ever buy, if you're a serious baker. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Red Why? *by T***R on June 28, 2019* I like the company that makes this rolling pin because I had one in the past but this one is not the same weight as my first one which was longer and weightier for rolling out my bread doughs. I've used my countertop for 30 yrs so I can't decide if cleaning the mat is worth it. LOL The pin is awesome. I paired it with bands for dough thickness and love it. If you want to hang it on the wall as I did, you will not find a hanger that will fit this pin. I even tried a paper towel holder, but it was to long to fit. My solution was to order individual hooks, APL 7909 Solid Brass Coat Robe Hook for Home Use, and it worked perfectly.
