It gives me the boost I need without too much caffeine that tends to keep me up at night if I workout anytime after 4pm. For those who tend to be particular about taste, its really quite pleasant. I've tried way too many pre workouts and I must say, this is the closest thing to perfection (for me). The single serving sachets suits my lifestyle as it allows me to travel with only what I require. The con with this product is that it is a lot more expensive than similar pre workouts. For me, its worth it since I am weighing the cost against benefit of being able to sleep at night after a robust workout.
