A hollow plastic core is covered with 1/4 inch foam. 26 inches long with a 1-1/4 inch diameter. Includes 4 sticks and a carry case. Review: Awesome quality practice fighting sticks. - These are light weight and durable. Works well for sparring! Review: As advertised - Sturdy enough to take a beating, but shouldn't be used for heavy contact/free sparring (not strong enough for repeated heavy strikes, the padding will give way and rip). Firm but lightweight, perfect for technical sparring with light to medium contact. Impact is heavy enough to register a strike...be careful striking hands and forearms as it has enough weight to really zing your uke if you're really going for it. The black colored ones don't have the logo etched on the side. Solid product. ## Features - Includes 4 sticks and a carry case. - Durable 1/4" foam with PVC inner core - 26" length - Excellent way to train and practice techniques - Perfect for beginners ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08BQQ48VR | | Best Sellers Rank | #56,745 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #1 in Martial Arts Escrima Sticks | | Brand Name | Martial Arts Armory | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (349) | | Date First Available | June 23, 2020 | | Included Components | Carry Bag | | Item Package Dimensions L x W x H | 26.5 x 4.6 x 1.2 inches | | Manufacturer | MAA | | Material | Foam | | Model Name | Practice Escrima Sticks | | Package Weight | 0.52 kg | | Suggested Users | unisex-adult | | Warranty Description | Manufacturer | ## Images ![Martial Arts Armory Foam Padded Escrima Sticks for Safe Practice Training with Carry Bag Case - 4 Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71j2kDwWeJL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Are these safe for sparing** A: They are the same ones that my son uses in his dojo for techniques and forms, so if they use them for sparring yes. My son’s dojo doesn’t not use them for sparring. **Q: Do these connect together? Like to create a staff** A: No. They are separate. **Q: how hard is it?** A: It is soft on the outside but in the middle it has a like hard plastic rod that goes through it **Q: Can I get 2 of each different colors when I buy a pack of 4? (say I just want 2 red and 2 blue)** A: I would suggest that’s a good question to send the seller directly prior to ordering. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome quality practice fighting sticks. *by C***. on January 12, 2024* These are light weight and durable.
