I chose some real pretty door knobs and thought the builder would use the type of hinge that would stop the door from over swinging. Well I was wrong and told "we're not doing that". So, these little pads are nice. They are clear and not too noticeable. The thickest is just right. Both my walls and my pretty knobs are protected. I suspect they will not be easy to remove when repainting time rolls around. But no matter, I'll just put the new pads in the same spots.

Strongest Home Wall & Door Handle Stopper 2". I got these for my kitchen and bathroom. The cabinet door knobs were hitting the wall.
