There are four cello packets of cookies in a box, and it is easy to breeze through a packet in the course of an afternoon whilst working on the computer. Too easy. The small packets help keep the cookies fresh, I believe. I don't think any of mine were broken when the box arrived, although if you're not careful opening the packets you could break a cookie or two yourself, as I did. Only problem is the price. I don't know of a good American substitute for this though. I invite you to do the same, maybe the more people question glyphosate the better. Basically he said glyphosate is just as heavily used in the EU as in the US. So the answer is yes, it's probably used by their suppliers/growers. WHO calls it probably carcinogenic, but of course governments say it's perfectly safe. He said it wouldn't be used in the organic products. **Q: Why does this price go ip every other week? whenever i order these cookies the price always goes yp!! why?** A: i would guess the same reason everything is going up; supply is going down and demand is going up. **Q: Would these work to make smores?** A: I believe they would. However, they are more fragile than non GF graham crackers. We’ve tried 2 flavors and enjoyed them both. What’s not to like is the shipping method. Amazon has twice shipped these in soft packaging and many of the cookies were broken up. In the last shipment, 8 of 16 were broken in at least 2 pieces.
