The other end should have a brass nut to tighten drill bits, if that is missing its a send back job. **Q: Is the flexie cable compatible for all rotary tools** A: Yes as far as i know. I literally only used mine for first time yesterday and it was flawless.. Had to go on you tube to put it on but it states that there basically universal.. Might look different but once had the main cable inside with the notch a couple inches up it then it's all good. Make sure to tighten the collet though when installed cus if not it wil just spin on the tool end.. Hope it works out for you...
