Good case and earbuds. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars WEAK SOUND EVEN WEAKER MIC *by N***. on Reviewed in the United States on December 11, 2015* Problems:-Earbuds did not fit well-Earbuds hurt my ears-The speakers were very weak.-The mic is the worst I've ever used-The cord gets tangled-The cord does not retract well-I could not get the earbuds to fit correctly! I tried all the different size pads (extra earbud tips are included) and even removed the pads completely and the fit was never right.-Even after I got them to stay in my ear I would have to remove them every 5 mins because of the pain they created.- Awful sound quality!! If ambient noise was present it was almost impossible to hear anything even with the volume on MAX level. I could not use it while driving, walking outside, sitting in a Starbucks Or any other place with background noise.- The Mic was AWFUL too!! No one could ever hear me. It only worked well if I held the mic directly next to my mouth defeating the purpose of a hands-free headset.I am on my phone all day for work and always have my earbuds in. I love the idea but hate the execution.
