The Molybdenum Gyuto 18cm is a high-performance chef's knife featuring a stain-resistant molybdenum vanadium blade and an ergonomic POM resin handle, designed for precision and comfort in the kitchen.

## Description

This rust-resistant gyuto is a good value for both home and professional cooks. The thin blade is sharper than Western-style knives costing much more. The gyuto is the Japanese version of the classic Western chef’s knife but the blade is thinner and holds a sharper edge. Use it for chopping, mincing and slicing meat, fish, vegetables and fruit. You will notice rough sharpening patterns on the blade but please be aware that this was done intentionally to make sharpening easier later.
