Now having said that, these mochis are great, I've really enjoyed all the interesting flavors in this pack. My favorite of the bunch has been the peanut one, but they have all been wonderful. The company was having some issues with the supply chain getting all the flavors in. While I am still somewhat disappointed by the lack of the coconut pandan flavor, the customer service was incredible. They were super quick to respond and went above and beyond to make it right.
