The sky Q mini box clicks into the bracket and gets a good hold and would not fall out without it being manipulated. We have bought 2 and both placed on the wall hidden behind the tvs, I used command strips which is great if you don't want holes in your wall/ceiling. **Q: Is this for the mulitroom box?** A: It's my understanding that Sky multiroom is broadcast via Sky Q mini box. I use this wall mount with my Sky Q mini. **Q: Does any one had signal issues after mounting box on the wall?** A: I have had no issues.
