Most offerings are impostors: green tea mixed with mint of unknown origin—sometimes peppermint! Which makes for a bland, unpleasant concoction. Morrocan Mint is 100% spearmint. It delivers a punch: cool, fresh, sharp like the chewing gum. And beneath it a warm, sweet, complex flavour. *Chef’s kiss* I purchased this product because it is 100% spearmint. Sourced from Egypt (see photo) for a Bulgarian seller (probably higher culinary standards than the British). The product itself has a very robust flavour—more spicy rather than cooling fresh. Not exactly what I was looking for, but infinitely better than expensive so-called Moroccan Mint blends. My only negative is that it tastes slightly oily and unpleasant when cold.
