Review: Overall, these are my favorites - Overall, my child-size adult hands fit well enough inside the extra-small size. The width of my palms are 7.5” and the lengths are 3”. This means my glove measurements are between size x-small and size small. See photos. The drawback of the length is that the edge of the wrist-wraps mildly cut into my arms, when my wrists bend inwards. See photo. Other than that, these gloves are my favorite. I’ve tried using gloves that enclose the top of my hands, and are tighter in the fingers, and these by far allow for greater movement. As well. The just-right thickness of the padding in the palms and fingers allows to feel the surface of what my palms are grasping better. Other gloves I’m tried out were too thick and did not bend nor allow my hands to bend like these gloves do. So far, my hands also feel well protected, and are still gaining strength in their grips.
Review: Great pair of workout gloves - A great pair of active sports gloves perfect for the gym or any workout.

## Features

- Say Bye Bye to Calluses and Torn Hands * Thick full-palm padding shields your hands from rips and tears so your hands don't give out mid-workout. Fit Active Sports work out gloves are designed for entire palm protection during weight lifting training exercises so that your hands are never the reason you miss a training.
- No More Stinky Smelly Gloves * The open-hand design combined with breathable material keeps air circulating through the pull up gloves so sweat doesn't build up — meaning no more weightlifting gloves that smell like your gym bag after two weeks. Machine washable so they're always ready for your next session .
- Grip That Doesn't Slip * The grippy palm design locks in on barbells, pull-up bars, kettlebells, and dumbbells — giving you confident control through every set without sacrificing feel. Open-fingerless design keeps your fingers free so you never lose connection with the weight. Grip The bar on Monday and grip it tighter on Friday.
- Built to Last as Long as Your Routine: Double-stitched construction holds up set after set, month after month. These aren't pull up gloves you replace every few weeks — they're lifting gloves you grab without thinking because they're always ready. If between sizes, size up for the best fit.
- Wrist Support That Does the Job of Two Products * Integrated wrist wraps helps hold your wrist in place through heavy deadlifts, high-rep dumpbell lifts, kettlebell swings, cleans, snatches, front squats, and every pull you put them through — no separate straps needed. One piece of gear. Half the hassle. Take the strain off of your wrists so that you can focus on the lift.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How padded are these gloves? i have mava, and they're too thick. i have tiny hands, can't stay on the bar for pullups. looking for minimal padding.**
A: I also have tiny hands and I think the padding is perfect thickness for comfort and usability. I will say that when I am doing dead lifts, rack pulls and similar exercises I do sometimes need to use a little chalk for extra grip if it’s over 140lb resistance. The grip on these are really good but I need a little extra sometimes. Over all I really like these gloves. I use these 4 days a weeks and have had them for 4 Months and can’t really tell, the quality is excellent.

**Q: How are you supposed to measure your hands for these? The diagram makes no sense. From the bottom of the palm to the top of the middle finger?**
A: I think the description on the size chart is confusing. The measurement should be from the bottom of your palm to the BASE of your middle finger (palm size), not the TOP (tip?) of your middle finger.

**Q: Do you find these are too bulky for kettle bell swings? They look bulky but I know pictures are deceiving.**
A: Not bulky at all, just enough cushion for comfort. I feel would be great for kettle bell swings Hope this helps

**Q: any idea when it the medium will be restocked?**
A: hello Teresa, They're available Now. Thanks for your patience

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pair of workout gloves

A great pair of active sports gloves perfect for the gym or any workout.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value
*by H***Z on January 28, 2020*

I have had the gloves for a few months now and am very satisfied with the purchase. They are the first pair of weight lifting gloves i have owned so my experience is limited. However they benefits they have provided have been very good. I don't lift very heavy but it had been becoming uncomfortable on my palms and wrists. These gloves really helped with both. My wrists are no longer sore after workouts and i don't have to take too much times between sets for discomfort on my palms. The padding is mostly on the top of the palm where it meets the base of the fingers and on the meaty part of the palm, with a lack of padding in the middle of the palm. This creates kind of a cradle effect when holding a bar which gives added stability and still allows flexing and adjusting of the hand. The padding is enough to make a difference but maybe a bit light for very heavy lifters. The grip is just enough to give a sense of security but also leaves enough give to allow for easy small adjustments with weight applied. The velcro on the wrist straps is not continuous but has 2 big patches. This still allows for a wide range of adjustment but might be an issue for some people to find a good fit depending on wrist size and how tight you want them to be. The open back design is nice to keep your hands ventilated but with loops for each finger and thumb still give a secure feel. I have not had them long enough to make a good evaluation of durability due to use; but I do leave them in my garage where my exercise equipment is so changes in temp and humidity are a factor and they do not show any sign of fraying or decrease in performance. Overall Im satisfied with my purchase.
