A: No, it isn’t. It’s sorghum, a variety of millet.

**Q: Can I make nice chapatis with this?**
A: To be honest I thought the flour was awful for everything. I tried it because I have intolerances and wanted to try something new. Unfortunately I had to throw the flour away as it was so nasty.
