The other company ("Be the Outdoor") ignored about 3 emails I sent them inquiring about protection percentages of each type of UV and how they knew their claims were true, etc. That left a bad taste in my mouth.In any other words, Sovis is responsive, enthusiastic, and the product seems legit.
