They are super flimsy though. Definitely would not recommend trying to hang your mugs from the shelves as they are very pliable and would probably just bend the shelf and then break. As I intended for use in a bathroom I realized the black prime coated wood shelf would not survive any water splashes. So had to cover the wood with some adhesive clear laminate. Ideally a white hard laminated shelf would be more appealing to bathrooms.Also the countersunk head screws supplied are not ideal for the 2 screws to hold the shelf.
