A: When I got mine the expiry  was the 21/11/22

**Q: Does it have stabiliser  to hold whipping cream on cakes?**
A: Yes, it contains locust bean gum and carrageenan as stabilisers. Hopefully this helps!

**Q: how long does this keep un-opened please**
A: Well we had kept ours unopened for 4 days and it was still fine but I wouldn't exceed any more time on it, keeps really well and is really creamy, enjoy.  Hope this helps.
