They have been great for grilling corn as I can move the ears of corn around the grill with ease and not worry about burning my hands or having to awkwardly move them with tongs. I also grilled fish in a metal basket that comes with a removable handle. The grill gloves made it so easy to pick up the basket and flip the fish. Much easier than trying to connect the handle to the hot basket and then try to flip it without disturbing everything else on the grill. Haven't had the chance to use them on a roast yet but I am sure it will make flipping the roast so much easier. I am sure they will be great in the kitchen as well. Simple to clean too. One night I put them in the dishwasher which worked great. Another night I washed them in the sink while doing some hand washing.
