## Questions & Answers

**Q: Received on 2/20/2022. Assemble 3 days ago and found that the bottom valve leaks. Retur time expired 5 days ago. Will you exchange?**

**Q: Where is the overflow sprout in the packaging list?**
A: Hi Gary, thank you for your question and we apologize if you're missing any items from the package. Please send us a message or contact us directly so we can proceed with the replacement details.

**Q: Since this rain barrel is pretty light, does it stay in place when its windy when your barrel is empty?**
A: Hi there!

Thank you for your question.

There is a possibility that an empty Rain Barrel will be moved by a strong wind as it is made of lightweight but durable material.

A: It does not come with hoses.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well but be sure to place on a level surface
*by C***N on July 19, 2023*

The rain barrel was easy and quick to put together. When I accidentally installed this rain barrel on tilted ground ghe forst time, the barrel later, on its own, tilted and then fell over and rolled down the hill, emptying itself out to my regret at the loss of 50 gallons of rain water. So far, no animals have attacked it, despite plenty being out here. By the way, it is a good idea to place an anti-mosquito doughnut dunk into the rain barrel to keep mosquito larvae from making a home there. My vegetables seem to like rain water much better than chloramine-treated city water, so this is a good investment for the long run, useful even after the drought situation just got called off after the recent heavy rains.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the Coolest H2O Things to Have
*by D***S on March 31, 2024*

The media could not be loaded. We bought this for teaching kiddos about water conservation, but this neat little product lends itself to numerous other educational & practical applications. We have a steady source of water (53 gallons) in case of poor and disastrous weather conditions, think Hurricane Harvey for a local connection and the 2011 East Africa drought for a global perspective.God forbid another disaster, but you know have access to 55 gallons of rain water in either case.Chetan

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ low water flow
*by J***7 on April 16, 2022*

I had trouble getting the rubber tipped legs (6) into their rubber sleeves. If there are two people then it should only be a hassle. It is as advertised. I did not have any leaks with installing the two faucets. You need to make sure you have a washer, (provided) on both sides of the barrel. It took forever for the faucet to fill my water can. This is with a full barrel of water. It would be nice if the faucet was plumbed to take a regular garden hose or add an attachment to the faucets to convert it to a regular garden hose attachment. I would buy this product again.
