Believe the other reviews, and believe the hype. THESE CRACKERS ARE IT! I have only tried the cheddar so far, but they are beyond outstanding. There are two servings in a bag at 2 net carbs each. They taste EXACTLY like Cheez-Its and only slightly less crunchy. It is HARD not to consume the entire bag in one sitting. But even if you do, it's only 4 net carbs and 260 calories. These also do not cause my glucose levels to rise.I hate how expensive they are but they are worth EVERY penny. Nothing else on the market is this good. Those of us who do keto understand how many sacrifices we have to make with regards to flavors and textures of keto-friendly options of our non-keto favorite foods. But NOT with these crackers! Everything flavor: 7/10Bottom line - if you're expecting a replica saltine cracker, Wheat Thin, or Cheez It, you will be disappointed.
