Legen Sie die Keramik-Briketts in einer gleichmäßig angeordneten Lage auf den dafür vorgesehenen Rost. Lassen Sie 1-2 cm Platz zwischen jeder Reihe Briketts sowie zwischen den Briketts und den Wänden der Grillwanne. Reinigung: Lassen Sie die Briketts abkühlen, drehen Sie sie um, und heizen Sie den Grill wieder auf.

Review: Habe meine Lavasteine nach dem ersten Grillen gegen diese getauscht, da es billiger war als einen anderen Grill zu kaufen (die Hitzeverteilung und das Aufflammen waren mit Lavasteinen nicht zu ertragen). Die Steine am besten so auslegen, das die Gasflammen in jedem Fall abgedeckt werden und die in der Anleitung beschriebenen Lücken einhalten. Vor jedem Grillen wende ich die Steine und heize kurz durch, dadurch reinigen sich die Steine wieder und werden sogar richtig weiss (es qualmt dabei übrigens fast nicht, entgegen meiner Erwartung). Bislang habe ich 4 mal auf den Steinen gegrillt und bin mit dem Ergebniss sehr zufrieden !
Review: Have a normal gas BBQ. Don't like the fact I have to keep the gas adjusted to the meat being BBQ'd. So I removed the baffle plates, added a wire mess BBQ grill and then these bad boys. Now I run the gas at max to heat the ceramic coals and then turn the gas to minimum purely to maintain the heat & Bob's your uncle I have a more conventional BBQ. The heat spread, and cooking function is far more even and consistent. Quality is thus far brilliant. Easy to install once and forget. 1 box was exactly the right amount of 'coals' I needed to cover the grill area. Over a few uses I will have recovered the cost in saved gas. I feel the food has a better flavour than just cooking with the gas. I love the added bonus of the BBQ smell which is an added bonus.

Habe meine Lavasteine nach dem ersten Grillen gegen diese getauscht, da es billiger war als einen anderen Grill zu kaufen (die Hitzeverteilung und das Aufflammen waren mit Lavasteinen nicht zu ertragen). Die Steine am besten so auslegen, das die Gasflammen in jedem Fall abgedeckt werden und die in der Anleitung beschriebenen Lücken einhalten.
