I had a single size that cost $1650. That thing had a chemical smell to it from the day I got it to the day I moved across the Pacific and left it, a decade later. In fact, the more time passed, the more the terrible chemical scent made itself known. It did form deep deeps after a while (perhaps 3 years). I purchased a Queen in this bed in Fall of 2015 and this bed: NEVER had an unhealthy or chemical smell coming from it, not even from the first day. I am sensitive and have a lot of allergies. This bed has been extremely comfortable, very cushy, without industrial odors, and there are no worn dips after nearly 4 years of FT use. I highly recommend it. I took a chance, as my budget was tight but I needed a very comfortable, quality bed. I rate it as far superior to TempurPedic I had for over a decade. It was actually a delight to realize that sometimes, quality for a lower price can be had. I do not work for that company and no one has asked me to write this, for money or for free. I am a consumer that found a product worth cheering. That is why you ought not pay $3000 for the most famous brand in this category. I liked my side firmer, but he kept his softer and everytime he would get out of bed, I would roll down hill to his side of the bed and wake up. I don't feel anything when my husband gets up in the middle of the night and definitely do not roll to his side.
