I did notice some discomfort but it seems to be only if I'm not active and moving around. When I'm moving around, there's no discomfort. Idk if that's a serious issue, but these suppositories are definitely working for me.7/2023 update. Stopped using these bc of the discomfort (instructions say to do so anyway). Just go with baking soda and apple cider vinegar in a warm bath ladies for 20-40 min. You may need to do this 2-3 times after your cycle especially. 1/2 cup each.
