I've got this paper now in A3 and A4 size. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for students to practice with *by A***R on 20 June 2026* As someone just a year into my art journey, I bought this to familiarise myself with this kind of sanded paper surface. It's a really good value pad which is much cheaper than the Canson Mi Teintes. or Pastelmat papers. I'm still learning and although pastels are my preferred media my touch is still a bit heavy-handed so my layers are thicker than they ought to be. This paper gives me the opportunity to learn and hone my technique without having to spend on more expensive paper that would be wasted on me. I did fill the tooth of the paper somewhat quicker than I had hoped, but I will refine my skills by practicing. The colour of the paper is a nice neutral mid-tone grey that makes the pad suitable for a versatile array of dry media including charcoal, pastels, and pencils and is ideal for practice. Definitely one to consider for students and anyone wishing to learn and practice technique without the outlay required for the aforementioned options.
