The ends are attached by what looks like a plastic weld, similar to spot welding. The one door end was coming off but I was able to refasten it with 1/8” aluminum rivets. It’s probably more secure now than it was originally. Other than that, it seems ok and will probably do it’s intended job just fine. It would be nice however if it had been made with more care and didn’t need to be repaired before it was ever used. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Came Missing Piece *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2022* Love the product but they definitely have a quality control issue. As many have experienced, I too received the storage tube without a door. Without the door the product is completely unusable. However… this one arrived missing a door and the other end was broken in shipping. I contacted the seller and instead of sending a replacement they are going to send new ends. I will need to cut off the bad ends and put the new ends on myself. This means it’s up to me to buy the glue and I will loose some length on the carrier.
