We have a sunroom and dogs. We like to keep the door propped open so the dogs can go in and out. Birds start flying into the sunroom. We needed something to keep them out. So we bought this screen. Not only does it look good, but it keeps the birds out and the dogs are still able to go in and out. The one thing I really like about it is the side opening. That way the door doesn’t have to be completely open. It could just be propped open a few inches and the dogs can still get in and out. The sunroom has got a metal frame and i was concerned about using the two sided tape that comes with it because I wasn’t 100% sold on the screen idea. So instead, I used Command Strips. The Velcro on the command strip works perfectly with the Velcro on the screen. After the screen was put up, I would feel comfortable using the two sided tape that comes with the screen. The quality is great. No more birds or flies in the sunroom. It fits amazing, looks great and it’s easy to install. Review: the best! - If I could give it 10 stars, I would. It solves a problem that I have had - perfectly! I have friends that have this type of magnetic screen that my dogs enjoy using - only they have the standard sized one. I so wanted a magnetic screen for my house but, unfortunately, I have a storm door and an inner door - each opening in the opposite direction so I could not attach it to the outside wall, as most do. I tried using one that hung from an extending pole - and that sort of worked, but the magnet was nowhere near as good as this and it didn't affix too well to the frame of the door. It was better than nothing, but I was hoping for a better solution. This is it!! First, the magnets are super powerful: excellent. They snap right back - securely! Second, you can custom design the opening (side, middle, etc. - any width: excellent! Because I have to still open the screen door at night when the doors are closed, I attached a strap to the door handle and slip it in between the magnetic opening so I have easy access. But best of all you can select any width and length screen. This was the answer to my dilemma. I kept the extending pole from the previous screen and measured the distance to include an extra foot of length. Then draped the screen over the pole and used clips to hold it in place. I only needed 4 binder clips to do the job, and it held up with no issues or adjustments the entire summer. My dogs and I go through this screen with ease! The velcro for this is better than any other screen - once it is on, you don't have to worry about it pulling away (as my other one did) - but at the end of the season, it can be removed. I just can't say enough about this screen - and of course, it keeps the bugs out all summer; and I live in the woods with lots of mosquitoes. ## Features - LEFT & RIGHT SIDE UNIVERSAL OPENING: Made of soft plush edging, this brand new left & right side universal opening screen door can be attached with hook&loop tape on both sides, so that this net curtain can be switched freely according to the position of your door handle; your view is unobstructed and convenient for you and your family easy access - PACKAGE AND SCREEN SIZE: The package includes a magnetic screen, plus a roll of hook&loop, a pack of push pins and instruction manual, ensures quick and easy installation and removal. The screen mesh size is 38" width x 81" height, fits your door size 36" x 80" - UPGRADED AND STRENGTHENED: Double-sewed in the top middle cloth, and a logo label is added as a cushion to maintain the door screen not tearing in the top middle; Thicker thread used in the whole stitching; 6 needles per inch, more close and apparently sturdier than most other products which is three and a half needles - PREMIUM POLYESTER MATERIAL: The magnetic mesh screen door is made of upgraded polyester material which is superior than ordinary fiberglass. Polyester has excellent performance in wrinkle resistance, elasticity and dimensional stability and it also has high strength and great scratch resistance, not easy to break. It's strong color fastness makes it not easy to turn yellow or get color change even though exposed to direct sunlight for a long time - CONVENIENT SCREEN DOOR SOLUTION: With this magnetic screen door, you can bring fresh air in to your home everyday, and still keep the obnoxious elements out! Our door size is not made except special order anymore which a screen door was priced at 300.00! This took 5 minutes, no tools and works very well. Magnets close it on its own. My dog even loves it. Hope it lasts but at this price I'll just replace. Can barely see it, blends in, keeps the flies out. ## Frequently Bought Together - Yotache Left Right Side Opening Screen Doors with Magnets Fits Door Size 36 x 80, Reinforced Sewing Magnetic Mesh, Actual Screen Size 38" x 81" Black - Yotache Magnet Screen Door Fits Door Size 38 x 80, Screen Size 40" x 81" Patio Screen High Transparent Hands Free Entry Great for Pet and Kid - yotache Magnetic Screen Door for Sliding & French Doors 60"x80", Screen Size 62"x81", Double-Sided Opening Screen Reinforced Mesh with Strong Magnets for Large Front/Back Patio Doors --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/222461746-yotache-magnetic-screen-door-fits-36x80-doors-reversible-side-opening](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/222461746-yotache-magnetic-screen-door-fits-36x80-doors-reversible-side-opening) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
