I am totally delighted with the service received and of course with the product. While the traditional sake ware is beautiful - and often cheaper - this is an an example of getting what you pay for. This is an exquisitely minimalist design, wholly in keeping with the Japanese aesthetic, and works perfectly, with cold or iced water in the outer jacket allowing a perfect temperature for the liquid gold. I presume putting warm water in the jacket would work, too, but I haven't tried it.
