Both chairs came before their estimated delivery. One chair was sticking when you slide the foot tub out.  Had to redrill rails to make it slide easier. One footsie spa seems to vibrate loudly when on vibrate and heat only. Disposable liners are great. I feel as if the foot bath part should be able to pull out further about another inch to make it a more comfortable sit for the client. Over all I am very pleased with the product.

The base gives me a slight pause because it does not seem very sturdy and the chair made some odd noises during the massage function.  My client and I discovered that she has to sit a certain way in the chair to keep the chair from making an almost loud, grinding sound.Get the extended warranty.  Fingers crossed I have many years with this chair.
