What I have found is if you charge the batterie while your using it, it tends to get hot and starts to over heat after the batterie has been charged and recharged a few hundred times. TO get around this. Buy a cheap USB computer fan with legs on it. Sit the 4" x 4" computer fan on the table. Lay the Netgear device on top of the fan table while you are charging it/the batterie.
