A: the length is approx. 4 inches, and the narrow part is about 1/4 inch, the "broader" part is about 3/8". I have a modem and a router on my pc, and and on my tv, i have a cable box.

A: Given what I see on the web for images for a Samsung 43" smart TV, I would say yes.  The front of the shelf has a descending lip that goes over the front face of the frame of the tv, and the angle of the legs of the shelf can be adjusted to level the shelf depending on the thickness of the back of the TV.

**Q: fit a sony bravia?**
A: I have only looked at the sony bravia on a google search, and it looks like the top of the TV is thin and just screen.  The shelf will fit, but you should be very careful about how much weight you put on the shelf, given how thin the screen is.

v stable, but it /seems/ uncomfortably "loose." they /do/ hold and they held kinda heavy bookshelf speakers (each), but i retired the stands because i got spooked out of having no confidence looking at them every day to check on their stability (which /was/ appropriate). no, it wasn't on a curved monitor. still enough stars to recommend based on your use case. maybe it's a purchase w intention to return if you suffer the same conclusion i did outlined in this review.
