Does this eyeliner transfer too??** A: I also have semi-hooded eyes and even if I let it dry, this will transfer if I don't powder my lids first. I just put a thin layer of nude eyeshadow down and then I use a thin line of the liner and it's perfect. **Q: Does it dry quickly? I have problems with liner staying in the corners of my eyes all day. Does this one?** A: It dries super fast, literally right away. As for corners it performs really well in corners. I wear a small cat eye flick in the corner and the fine line lasts all day. I haven't had any issues with sweat or humidity affecting it either. **Q: Does it have the same dramatic look as liquid eyeliner or does it look more like a pencil?** A: To me it is kinda in the middle. It's better than pencil, but not as stark as some liquids. I just love it. **Q: I'm concerned about using products that are tested on animals. Easy to apply to my aging eyelids which have started to droop more now that I’m in my 40s. I also wear cluster lashes and this helps to conceal some of the white dried eye residue that gets on my lashes after sleep. It also lasts awhile and even using every day I don’t have replace but every 3-4 months. I’ve tried several waterproof liner competitors with a similar tip application, such as Clinique and this product works much better.
