Wayne, PA **Q: What physical size are the softgels?** A: One review said they were a whopping (and odd) 1909mg in size....that is about 600mg bigger than some of the biggest softgels on the market! Solgar's regular omega-3 (triglyceride form) is only 1,000mg in size. That's very workable. But 1909mg??? Yikes. I take 1,200mg salmon oil softgels and they are big enough. Good luck. Probably would have been better if they'd split the dose into two 1,000mg softgels instead of one giant softgel.
