They work well with acrylics and hold up over the years. But be weary of ordering online. Have never had issues in the past, I’ve ordered several on here and they’ve always been well packaged. For whatever reason my last one came in a bubble mailer. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that basswood isn’t exactly a hardwood and easily dents or damages if dropped or tossed around.
