Review: Great - so useful for sauces! - I had previously used a plastic cheap one from ikea but passed to my son for university. Couldn’t get another and found this - a lot stronger and nothing sticks to the sides of the saucepan and prevents lumps forming, really useful if you heat and make sauces, plus a great whisk in its own right. Very pleased, still strong nearly a year on and dishwasher friendly.

**Q: anybody use to make mayonnaise?**
A: This is the Best whisk Ever. But to make mayo I'd use an immersion blender.  That's what I always used when I use to make mayo.

**Q: is it all stainless or just the coil ?**
A: Yes
It’s all stainless. I also cook with it making gravy.

**Q: Is this wisk safe to use in cookware?  Or does is damage the bottom of the pan?**
A: I used it in my good 18/10 stainless pots with no issues.  Was fine in my metal bowls also.

**Q: How big is it?**
A: It is about 8” long. The coiled area is about 2.5” wide.
