It is old, but still works very well. I thought it might be possible that the Zojirushi would work. Unfortunately, I ordered based on volume of cooked rice; the one I got was based on raw rice, so it was way too big. I am reluctant to try the smaller size because it is expensive ($70) and they hit me with a pretty big re-stocking fee. So unless someone reading this knows where I might find an insert for an old Sanyo, I am out of luck.
