A: Not sure how much acidity it has but the taste is great.  Very smooth.  I use it for everything.  Mainly for making my own salad vinaigrettes

A: Hi, excellent olive oil, medium taste, a bit of bitterness. Perfect for salads of all kinds. Also, can fry cod fish in it!! Love this product.
