**Q: Does this fan have a 3 pin connector or 4 pin?**
A: The fan has a 3-pin connector for a 3-pin motherboard fan connector.  There is no provision for it to connect to a 4-pin fan connector on the motherboard.  

It comes with an adapter to connect to 2 pins (full power only) on an old-school (pre-SATA) hard drive plug (" LP4 " connector)

**Q: Is this a brushless fan**
A: Yes, this fan is indeed brushless and has sleeve bearings. Life expectancy is 30,000 hours. Hope this helped. So far it has exceeded my expectations. Seems to be a great addition to my case.

**Q: what is the length from screw hole to screw hole?**
A: The center of the screw holes are exactly 6 and 1/16 inches apart according to my micrometer.  I know as I've laser cut an acrylic case cover to fit the fan precisely.
