The cable charges and syncs my Tungsten e2 just fine. I use a Mac, if that makes any difference. It has been easily inserted and removed from my pda many times already without a problem. I know it does not have a sync button on the cable, but that is such a minor issue. Just plug it in and initiate the sync from the pda. Problem solved.Overall, I like having an all-in-one charging and sync cable for my home computer. I did not want to spend a lot of money. This cable works perfectly well. There is no hotsync button on it like the original cable (that's the only reason I docked it a star), so you have to initiate a hotsynch either with the pda or your computer, but it otherwise does everything it is supposed to do. And for its $3 cost (including shipping) it is a bargain.
