Review: Great phone! - So far my Samsung S20 plus is working great! I was a little leary about purchasing another refurbished phone because I bought an S21 from Walmart and the battery stopped working after 1 wk but I am pleasantly surprised with this one! Has long battery life, phone condition looked brand new, charges quickly, does not overheat, nice size screen, and a bright screen that has an option for eye comfort. It is free of scratches and most importantly it functions great!
Review: Great phone!!!!!!!! - I had this Samsung S20+ for about a week and i love this phone!!! Mine was a refurbushed model, not a single scratch on it, looks brand new & no issues when i turned it on the first time & no issues since then. Yes, it did NOT come with the Samsung box, Samsung cable & usb wall charger. I personally do not care! due to i have a box full of samsung usb cables and wall chargers from my old Samsung phones i bought before. It did come with the tool to remove the sd & sim card & that is the only thing i needed. I had no intent & plan of upgrading my samsung s10+ to the samsung s20+. But at the price and buying prior refurbished samsung i am beyond happy i did it! First, The 5G is very quick & compare to older version what ever its called. which i did not believe until i went online away from my house WIFI service and its very quick. Note: not areas have 5G service. The overall phone response is very quick and smooth. The bixy button is gone (thankgod). The quality of the screen resolution is outstanding & wow its clear! It has a few more minor whistles & bells features compare to the samsung s10+ Nothing to noticable. I do like the new front camera location and its small size & its looks better. I also like you see less of the frame around the curved screen. I know & dont care if there is a technocal name for it. Overall the phone looks great & i didnt get a case this time due to i think looks better with out one. I know, but i rarely & never drop my phone (my s10+ back up) Reference to the camera & quality of the picture which was not a selling point for me. You will notice a much better picture & video quality. The phone over all is a tad thinner & tad taller which i think it makes it easier to hold and use. The battery life seems to be better but i have not fully tested it yet. Charging it seems to be quicker & again i have not fully tested it against my s10+. Now, is the samsung s20+ worth buying if you already have a s10 & s10+??? Personally NO!!!!! I love my s10+ its great phone! The only reason i got the s20+ was the price $700. But if you can afford one (full price) or find one at great price like i did then YES get one!!!! I could have lived very happy with my s10+ with no regrets if i didnt see this s20+ on desertcart!

**Q: Do I get my phones before they are paid off or after if i do the payment plan?**
A: The s20 plus and ultra are very decent phones for the money not to mention most have sd card capabilities for someone that enjoys not having to rely on internet signal to listen to music at work I love this phone I like having 500gb of music at my fingertips without dealing with  Spotify bad connections or YouTube adds

**Q: Several people have asked this and you have dodged the answer.  what carrier's software is pre-loaded on the phone?**
A: I just bought one of these phones from a different seller. Mine came in "unlocked ".  However, it was pre-loaded with t-mobile as the original carrier. After having the AT&T store load in a new sim chip, and transferred my service to this phone. The only thing that worked was the data portion of my service (ie: texting and internet). I could not make any phone calls, or receive them either. I have heard many horror stories from people who bought "unlocked" phones that came pre-loaded with T-mobile or Verizon. In almost EVERY case, the buyer could NOT use them with other carriers! I don't know what Verizon and T-mobile does to these phones. But whatever it is, the phone is useless to other carriers. If you contact your current carrier, or visit your current carrier's store, I believe that you will receive the same answer that I just gave. So buyer beware.

So far my Samsung S20 plus is working great! I was a little leary about purchasing another refurbished phone because I bought an S21 from Walmart and the battery stopped working after 1 wk but I am pleasantly surprised with this one! ### ⭐ Hoped for Better

I was so excited to get this phone - it's my favorite galaxy year, but I am also sad at the quality of this. Screen size is as expected. However, the current phone has multiple deep scratches (that I'm trying to hide with a screen protector). The camera has the same issue. Definitely not excellent quality. Also, the screen has burnt in icons so you can vaguely see the prior apps from the original owner. The first phone I received, the back was coming off! Like the glue was not holding. I'm unsure if it was just because it was a bad glue job, or if it was a battery issue. None the less, it was sent back. The second phone, current phone, had a similar issue, but not as bad. The battery was at 64% when received so it is being tested for length and sensitivity (overheating). I would try to exchange for a third one, but at this rate, I'm not expecting any better, and the turn around time between shipments (1st phone was 2 days, 2nd phone was almost 7 days) and quite frankly would probably give up if the quality was not any better for the length it takes to receive. Camera works, quality is to be expected surprisingly (considering the scratches). Everything works so far - ease of use is familiar.
