I often make a version of caramel popcorn where I melt butter, add dark brown sugar, and a spoon of blackstrap molasses, let it boil a bit and pour it over freshly popped microwave popcorn in large bowl or dutch oven. Stir it up carefully, it's hot. Let it cool down, and then it's mega good. Reminds me a bit of a childhood favorite "Cracker Jack" without the peanuts. Anyway, this brand is priced right, great quality, and the taste is addictive. No bitterness, just yummy.

A: I have a bottle that I purchased in the store and it does not list copper on the nutrition facts label.

A: This is not the correct description for this product. We will contact Amazon to correct this problem. Here is the correct description: Wholesome Sweeteners' full-bodied Organic Molasses is wonderful in baking, BBQ, marinades, baked beans and cakes. It adds a distinctive old fashioned flavor you just can't get from any other sweetener. Use as a 1-for-1 organic replacement for refined molasses.Organic, fair trade & kosher certified, not filtered through animal by-products and suitable for vegan and halal diets. Loaded with minerals, Vitamin B6, Potassium, Calcium and Iron.

**Q: how do you dilute it?**
A: I mix it in with a smoothie, straight up.

**Q: How much iron?**
