It does dry fast, but not fast enough to create the colors you want. Clean up is easy and I was able to wash off my palette in the sink. It is very easy to use. The quantity is great for the price and the quality is also great for the price. This bundle has all the basics colors you will need, but I liked them so much I ended up getting other colors.
