Mocked it up on a cardboard box first to get the feel of how I wanted the buttons. 2 player kit came with all the parts shown plus some spare parts. Did not include hardware to mount the joystick or board to the wood. As shown in the seller’s photo about half the buttons had to reverse the wires to get them to light up. Weird, but a simple fix. A couple things that are not explained and I figured out with a little fiddling: 1. To take apart the buttons twist the switch about 1/8 turn counter-clockwise. If you want to change the image squeeze the white tabs to release the button then pop the top off. 2. The “Easy switch from 8-way to 4-way” on the joystick was not easy to figure out or do the first time. My video shows how. This one is loosened up a bit now, first time was stiff and tricky. Also note there is one position that will allow the center ring to fall out. Review: Bad bulbs - Everything works the way it should except the bulbs. Half were burnt out and only two replacements worked.
