Most customers do choose to stick with one of our Polyester solid-tone whites as these seem to do well during the sublimation process. We currently do not offer a specific powder that’s designed to perform well with sublimation, but customers have found that Gloss White works best. Stainless Steel and Aluminum are both appropriate substrates that work with Powder Coating. **Q: Can you cure at a lower temperature for longer?** A: Thank you for your inquiry. For optimal results, we recommend following the curing time and temperatures in our application guides, which are available on our website. Specifically for our Gloss White powder, our Technical Support team advises that this powder can be cured for 18 minutes at 375°F. They do not recommend any temperature lower than this for curing. - PRISMATIC **Q: Is this tgic-free?** A: Yes - this powder is TGIC-free **Q: can this be used to touch up an outdoor aluminum fence?** A: We would not recommend using for touch up on your aluminum outdoor fence. The powder has to be applied with a powder coating gun and must be cured in an oven for 12 min at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
