But sometimes if a head is particularly small or large, I'm never sure how long to make the elastic loops. These little doo-hickeys are super easy to put on (like 4 seconds for each loop) and they make it so easy to adjust. My 2 1/2 year old grandkid has to wear a mask if she wants to start a particular pre-school and by using these she'll actually keep the mask on (for about 57 seconds anyway) far longer than she would before. Highly recommend these.OH, I almost forgot... I've used these cord locks on round elastic, as well as 1/4 inch flat elastic and then some really thin (maybe 1/8 max) stretchy string type elastic.
